Our launch of the MileagePlus® Digital Media Store marks a first in the airline industry. With this new, U.S.-based service, you have access to a wide selection of music and movies at home, on the road or at the airport using your MileagePlus award miles.

Note: Select MileagePlus members are eligible to use miles for Digital Media Awards. Members must have sufficient miles in their MileagePlus accounts at the time they redeem their miles. The MileagePlus Digital Media Store is available only to members who reside in the U.S. including Guam and Puerto Rico.
Like other digital media sites that you may be familiar with, in our store you can listen to music samples and view movie trailers before you buy. Each digital selection shows the number of miles required to purchase it (or, in the case of movies, to rent or buy). When you’re ready to purchase, simply click to download music or stream movies over an Internet connection. You can enjoy your purchases on desktop computers, laptops and most tablets and smart phones.

What you’ll find in the store
We carry more than 3 million songs and more than 150 new release and popular movies in our Digital Media Store. You’ll find a wide range of music genres, including pop, rock, country, jazz and classical. We also feature exclusive digital content for download during limited time, for example, a bonus remix of Jennifer Lopez’s "Dance Again" when you purchase the album "Dance Again …The Hits."
In our movie section, you’ll see recent titles, classic movies and films dating from the 1930s. You can choose to purchase a movie rental or buy a movie. With the rental option, once you purchase, you have 30 days to activate it. After activation, you can enjoy your movie on your computer or mobile device during the 24- to 48-hour period (depending on the movie) immediately following activation.
We continue to increase our catalog selection of music and movies and will be adding television shows later this year.
In the few weeks since our Digital Media Store launched, members used their miles to purchase content such as Adele’s multi-platinum selling album “21,” Katy Perry’s track “Wide Awake” and “Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows” starring Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law.
