On May 1, we introduced new amenity kits for our United Global FirstSM and United BusinessFirst® customers featuring skin care products by philosophy.
The kits have been well-received by our customers, who enjoy the products so much inflight that they take the kits with them to reuse post-flight. According to International Service Manager Diane Nowakowski, a number of customers have responded with a “wow” when they see the new kits.
“Our goal is to make sure our customers know we’re paying attention to every detail of their flight experience and to offer more of those ‘wow’ moments,” said Product Marketing Director John Yeng. “We’re always looking for ways to improve the inflight experience and make United the airline they want to fly.”
Note that it’s possible you’ll receive one of our previous kits during the month of May, as we deplete our inventory.
As another enhancement to the inflight experience in premium cabins, as of May 1 all United Global First and BusinessFirst cabins across our fleet feature noise reduction headphones for more comfortable audio-listening.
