For me, planning my time at the airport and on the flight is nearly as important as planning the activities during my trip. I like to optimize my transit time; I’m not the type to arrive at the airport two hours in advance, although my boyfriend continues to try to convince me that it has advantages. I think there is an art and a science to arriving at the gate exactly as the flight starts boarding. Read more

When updating the design, we knew we wanted to bring frequently used items and functions to the surface, while at the same time enhancing on-the-go usability. One of our main goals when we redesigned the kiosk was to improve the overall interaction that customers have, making it quicker and more intuitive, with an easy-to-use interface.
